TRADE RACKZ L.L.C. delivers digital consulting work — architecture, specifications, connectors, models, and reporting systems. There is no physical shipping.
Quotes & scope
Website “from” prices are starting floors. A written statement of work defines deliverables, timeline, and fees. Platform licenses, third-party tools, and audit-firm costs are client responsibilities unless the agreement says otherwise.
Payment & refunds
Invoices follow the payment schedule in your agreement (often deposit plus milestone or completion billing). Completed scoped work is generally non-refundable. If we cancel an unused prepaid package before work begins, unused prepaid fees are refunded according to the written agreement.
Changes
Material scope changes may require a change order and revised fees. We will confirm changes in writing before proceeding.
